Difficult Conversations

They are called difficult conversations for a reason!

In my experience very few people like to have them, and very few of them seem to go well.

A true lose/lose.

Sometimes you have to tell them how it is, however on many occasions you can get them to tell you how it is…. give themselves a good talking to!
